The Jets' 2008 schedule, released Tuesday by the NFL, is a Tuna sandwich. They will face Bill Parcells' new team, the Dolphins, in the Sept. 7 opener in Miami. The Jets also will face them in the regular-season finale, the first time in team history the Jets will open and close against the same team.
Parcells isn't walking the sideline anymore, but his presence will loom over the rivalry. The former Jets and Giants coach, hired last December as the Dolphins' vice president of football operations, still has strong ties to the Jets' organization.
